How to play

Most of you are Lantern Keepers. Walk the harbor and do your tasks — little jobs in different places. Every task makes the harbor lights brighter. Light them all and the Keepers win.
One or two of you are secretly Shades. A Shade snuffs Keepers' lanterns when nobody else is looking, and pretends to do tasks. If the Shades ever match the Keepers in number, the Shades win.
The harbor is foggy. You only see who is in the same place as you. Remember who you saw, and where.
Find a cold lantern? Report it. That rings the Harbor Bell and everyone gathers. Share what you saw — and work out who the Shade is.
Beware the fog. Shades can hide every face for a while. Anyone can lift it by relighting the great lamp at the Lighthouse.
Proof you can trust: only a real Keeper can light the great lamp at the Lighthouse. If you watch someone do it, they're a Keeper.
